For larger or more complicated wedding flowers, we recommend an in-person consultation with our designers.
For smaller or simpler orders, you may want to work via email, at least initially.

We have a digital library of 8000+ vivid color phototgraphs to use as examples of various design styles. You will receive a detailed quote with photos and exact descriptions, including tax and delivery charges, if applicable. You can always ask for a personal consultation before you book us, if you prefer. (About 30% of our customers work via email alone – very handy if you are planning your wedding from out-of-town!)

You can meet at the Baltimore (Parkville) location if your venue is in Baltimore, Howard, Harford, Anne Arundel, Queen Anne’s, Kent, or York Counties. For DC, Fairfax, Montgomery, Frederick, Prince George’s, Carroll or Adams County venues, you can meet at the DC area shop, which is located in Aberdeen.
*If your event is at The Four Seasons, either DC or Baltimore, we will make special arrangements to meet you off-site at a local location of your choosing.*
Timing
We accept bookings 18 months in advance of your event. We do book up very rapidly, so the earlier you contact us, the more likely we will have your date available. Most Saturdays get totally full in the first quarter of the year, so if you get a quote, do not hesitate to book it quickly – if you wait a few weeks the date may be filled by someone else. We require a 30% deposit to book a date/time. Changes are accepted up to 35 days before the event.
Delivery Options
During peak wedding season (April through October) we often place a “minimum purchase amount” on orders needing delivery/set up. Minimums can apply during holiday weeks as well. You can still order flowers, but you may need to pick them up. If your budget is under $1000, you may want to discuss delivery options up front before requesting a quote. Pick-up locations are either Parkville (21234) or Aberdeen (20872), and are generally done before noon on the day of the event.
